Dry Fruit Dessert Recipes
Healthy Bowl of Dates, Try adding custard and Almonds to it, and get ready to be transported to a world of yummy.
Here is the recipe of Dates With Custard
1 Tbsp Custard Powder
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Teaspoon unsalted Butter or Ghee
Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
Cut Dates into long strips and keep in a bowl
Now take 1 tablespoon of custard powder in another bowl
Add 20 ml milk and make it into a paste
Boil remaining milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar
Stir well and cook till one boil.
Now add the paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes
Take a Dates Bowl and pour custard on top of dates.
Add 1 Teaspoon of unsalted Butter/Ghee
Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
Serve hot or cold. Garnish with your favorite dry fruits.
